Can we have a “registry style wedding,” not at the registry office? Written by Charis White, Melbourne based celebrant

I am often emailed this question. A lot of people do not like the idea of a registry office, yet they still want to get married quickly and cheaply. Of course this type of ceremony is definitely an option. The only difference is, we do not have a rehearsal and the ceremony is the bare minimum. If the client wants a more involved ceremony, then a different fee can be negotiated.

Basically, as a celebrant, I can accommodate any style of wedding. The fees for each style differs, but the end result is always the same.
